This presentation is organized by Mrs. Consuelo Salas Valladolid (Departamento Responsabilidad Social Universitaria – Asistencia en servicio de Educación y Cultura of UNPRG).
Before the movie screening there will be a gathering of dogs of the region, some will represent different institutions and museums of the province of Lambayeque and they will be accompanied by their respective owners.
The Arch. Alfredo Narváez Vargas gave a speech about the Peruvian hairless dog in history and fables related to this dog.
Among the participants we had the presence of representatives of the UNPRG, the Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura of Lambayeque, Unidad Ejecutora Naylamp, Colegio de Médicos Veterinarios of Lambayeque, Museo Túcume, Museo Arqueologico Nacional de Brüning, Museo Chotuna-Chornancap, Institución Educativa Octavio Campo Otoleas de Pomalca, Asociation “Mosaico Cultural”, Institución Educativa Juan Manuel Iturrigue of Lambayeque among others.

Alfredo Narváez Vargas, Docente Escuela de Arqueología, FACHSE – UNPRG, Director de la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura – Lambayeque y Director de la Unidad Ejecutora Naylamp.
The actress and poet Nevenka Waltersdorfer Mendoza of the association “Mosaico Cultural” accompanied us and recited in front of our cameras the poem “Viringo mi amigo”.
At the end of the event, Dr. VM Bruno Becerra Oliva – Dean of Colegio Veterinario de Lambayeque, offered words of thanks. In addition, the UNPRG, the Oficina General de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria – Oficina de promoción cultural – and Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria de la UNPRG granted recognition to the associations ADPP, APPP, to the people who contributed to the promotion of the Peruvian Hairless Dog (our national heritage) during the activities carried out in the tour “Mother Earth”, as well as to the filmmakers.
After the presentation, a temporary exhibition of pre-Columbian ceramics representing the Peruvian hairless Dog will be opened. The exhibition is directed by Dr. Carlos Elera Arévalo – Director of the Museo Nacional Sicán.

“El Perro sin Pelo del Perú (Perumanta Q’ala Allqu) will be presented at the Site Museum of Pachacamac on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 11 A.M.
This presentation will be an excellent opportunity to remember the moments of the making of this film.
Tupac, Peruvian Hairless Dog, and Dog of the site museum, is one of the main characters of the film – he represents the Peruvian millennial Dog. In addition, the film has testimonies of Isabel Cornejo (Archaeologist of the museum) about the dedication that the museum has devoted to the presence of dogs in our cultures.
The screening will be followed by a round table.

Jaime Deza Rivasplata (Doctor of Archeology and Anthropology and Research Director of Alas Peruanas University) and
Gloria Cáceres (Teacher, writer and translator of Quechua language).
The presentation will be animated with music by the Ayacucho composer, Chano Díaz Limaco, one of the film’s soundtrack composers.
Members of the film team: Carlos Andaluz (Chief camera operator) and some of the film characters will also be present.
A toast will be offered in honor of the Peruvian Hairless Dog and the production of this film at the Pachacamac Site Museum.
