Before the movie screening there will be a gathering of dogs of the region, some will represent different institutions and museums of the province of Lambayeque and they will be accompanied by their respective owners.

The Arch. Alfredo Narváez Vargas gave a speech about the Peruvian hairless dog in history and fables related to this dog.

Among the participants we had the presence of representatives of the UNPRG, the Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura of Lambayeque, Unidad Ejecutora Naylamp, Colegio de Médicos Veterinarios of Lambayeque, Museo Túcume, Museo Arqueologico Nacional de Brüning, Museo Chotuna-Chornancap, Institución Educativa Octavio Campo Otoleas de Pomalca, Asociation “Mosaico Cultural”, Institución Educativa Juan Manuel Iturrigue of Lambayeque among others.

At the end of the event, Dr. VM Bruno Becerra Oliva – Dean of Colegio Veterinario de Lambayeque, offered words of thanks. In addition, the UNPRG, the Oficina General de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria – Oficina de promoción cultural – and Facultad de Medicina Veterinaria de la UNPRG granted recognition to the associations ADPP, APPP, to the people who contributed to the promotion of the Peruvian Hairless Dog (our national heritage) during the activities carried out in the tour “Mother Earth”, as well as to the filmmakers.
